Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at our IHG property. The ideal candidate will oversee all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Duties:

- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage room inventory to maximize revenue

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel, or hospitality management with requirement of OPERA experince.
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and front desk operations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
