Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Duties:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety guidelines

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and management
- Knowledge of custodial duties, including floor care, is preferred
