Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Department: Housekeeping

Assist the General/Operations Manger in the supervision of the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure product quality standards are met and that exceptional service is provided to hotel guests.

• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for employees.
• Educate and train all employees in compliance with governmental and safety regulations
• May assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during busy periods
• Works hand-in-hand with management team to help drive improvements.
• Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for archiving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score
• Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans. Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on increasing productivity
• Checks and maintains inventory levels of supplies.
• Carry out special needs and requests of the guests, VIP’s and repeat visitors.
• Ensure rooms are 100% clean and properly prepared so our guests are comfortable, can work and rest.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors on duty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
