Assistant Housekeeping Manager : Club Quarters Times Square is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance departments to address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
Assist in scheduling and managing labor costs in line with budgetary guidelines.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to the housekeeping team.
Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness and guest service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and housekeeping management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints with tact and professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
