If you are that person, we have an open position for Front Desk Agent with shifts similar to 7am to 3pm, 1pm to 9pm, or 3pm to 11pm. Must be available to regularly work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Front Desk Agent is an entry position; no hospitality experience necessary, customer service/sales experience preferred.
Role of this position:
As a Front Desk Agent, you are integral to the first impression of the hotel, reservation & billing management, and making impactful connections with guests. Ensuring the best guest experience, problem resolution, and communication with other departments are the core of the job.
Benefits:
The Front Desk Agent will receive paid vacation time and WA paid sick time. Paid vacation starts at one week per year after 1 year of employment and increases to two weeks per year after 3 years of employment and increases to three weeks per year after 5 years of employment; a week is calculated as the average number of hours worked per week in the previous year. WA paid sick time accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. There are escalating milestone anniversary gifts at each year of employment. There is an optional employee assistance program that collects contributions with employer-matched dollars that can offer financial assistance to participants in unforeseen desperate need. Employees are eligible to participate in IHG One Rewards Employee Room benefit program offering discounted employee rate rooms within the brand.
