Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily guest accounts and transactions - Verify and balance entries, records, and transactions from the day shift - Prepare financial reports, including daily revenue summaries and occupancy reports - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed - Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience - Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, resolving any issues or concerns Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures - Proficient in using phone systems, computer software, and office equipment - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus At our hotel, we value our employees and offer competitive benefits packages.
