Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
