Holiday Inn Express Kenosha WI is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Pleasant Prairie, WI
SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY
Our 81 room hotel needs a Hotel Front Desk Clerk to serve as the face of our business. We are looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests needs and complaints. If you have worked in the hospitality industry before, we definitely want to talk to you. However, we are willing to train the right applicant.
Responsibilities would include:
-Answer the phone at the desk to respond to current and prospective guests needs
-Greet walk in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive.
-Refer guests to local amenities and venues.
-Communicate guests requests and complaints to the appropriate department.
Must have reliable transportation. Looking for someone who can be flexible working 1st,2nd and 3rd shifts if needed. Weekends and holidays are a must.
