Comprehensive Orthopaedics is Hiring a Front Desk Representative Near Kenosha, WI
Front Desk Receptionist in an extremely busy orthopaedic practice.
Schedule: Monday-Friday and rotational Saturday.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- open and close office
- check in/out all patients
- assist patients
- triage referrals
- answer and direct incoming phone calls
- take messages from patients for clinical staff
- take patient payments
- schedule appointments
- data entry
- assist in the medical record department when needed
Experience:
- Customer service experience required
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- General knowledge of health insurance preferred
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and switch between different job duties
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required
Job Type: Full-time
