Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor

Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Experience with night audit procedures in a hotel setting
- Knowledge of hospitality management and hotel operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle phone systems effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems (e.g., property management systems)

- Ability to handle guest relations and provide assistance as needed
