We are looking for friendly welcoming and enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Desk Agent team.
Part Time hours starting from 7AM-3pm or 3pm to 11pm. Applicant must be flexible to work both shifts, weekends and holidays.
The Front Desk Agents are the front-line team that takes care of our guests needs. Duties include, but not limited to: taking reservations, checking guests in and/or out, answering questions, modifying reservations, light cleaning, assisting with the meeting room set up and/or tear down, as well as assisting guests with overall meeting room request needs.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attendance history, customer service experience, hotel experience a plus, ability to multi-task, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work as part of a team and individually, must be detail oriented and overall offer a big smile and a warm welcome to all of our guests.
