We are currently looking for a Front Office Manager for our Clarksville TN, Holiday Inn.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the staff and the day to day operations of the front office. He or she will serve as the hotel ambassador engaging all of our guests to ensure the best guest service is being offered.
As the Guest Services Manager, you will oversee the front office operation and you will ensure that all staff is properly trained on systems, security and cash handling procedures, and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions. In addition to aiding the front desk, you will also be expected to assist other departments with in the hotel as needed. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
Additional responsibilities are: • Monitor front office staff to ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition. Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival. Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Implement appropriate service recovery guidelines in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Requirements: OPERA PMS System expereince a must * plus 3 years Front Office/Guest Service experience including management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
