Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations of our hotel. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing a team of housekeeping staff. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Train, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff, including conducting performance evaluations - Ensure all rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with supplies - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services - Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies - Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with maintenance department to address any maintenance issues - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in commercial cleaning - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
