**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Banquet Captain to oversee our banquet events and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel and banquet operations, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in customer service. **Duties:** - Coordinate and supervise all aspects of banquet events from setup to breakdown - Manage banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel - Ensure adherence to food handling and safety standards - Oversee kitchen management for timely and quality food service - Assist with banquet preparation, including cooking and plating when necessary - Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly - Utilize POS systems for order processing and payment handling - Lead team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations **Skills:** - Previous experience in a hotel or banquet setting - Proficiency in food handling and kitchen management - Strong leadership abilities with experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest requests - Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing - Team management skills to coordinate staff effectively - Bartending experience is a plus If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering outstanding banquet services, we invite you to apply for the Banquet Captain position.
