As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and resolving any issues or concerns - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and balancing accounts - Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills: - Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences - Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we cater to diverse guests from around the world - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
