In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies
- Operate phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring access to the hotel during the night shift
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services to enhance guest experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
