Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseperson to join our team. The Houseperson will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our hotel or resort. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel or resort, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and restocking guest rooms
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
