Role Description
Holding Hands is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will lead a team of clinicians and ensure that every client and their family is treated with respect, compassion, and empathy. You will create programming to cater to the specific needs of each client while adhering to ethical and diligent BACB standards and Holding Hands Policies. You will also provide training to your staff, conduct on-site quality assurance checks, and ensure the highest level of programming for every client.
