Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales Specialist located in Metro Detroit, MI. The Counter Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, customer service, product knowledge, and communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Retail sales experience and knowledge of sales techniques

• Product knowledge and the ability to identify automotive parts

• Customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field a plus

• Must have an active driver licenses to be able to work deliveries, if needed

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend

• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Detroit and surrounding areas, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
