Job Description

Restaurant Team Member- Shift Manager (Downingtown, PA)

Responsibilities

• Assists the gm with training and developing of staff who are enthusiastically dedicated to delivering the highest level of hospitality to the guest
•  Manages others work safely by being alert and taking action regarding safety hazards
• Ensures that all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and on a timely basis
• Set up and stock all food stations with necessary supplies
• Ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always in high quality
• Be able to stand and be on foot for the majority of the scheduled shift
