Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Restaurant SHIFT LEADS - Immediate Hire
Join a local, family owned and operated growing franchise of Capriotti's Sandwich Shop. We provide uncompromising standards of quality by selling only high quality products ensuring all food is served fresh, with great customer service.
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Benefits and Additional Compensation:
- Starting pay for Shift Lead inclusive of tips ranges $15 - $20/hour
- Opportunity for advancement after 90 days
- Closed following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas
- Flexible Schedule
- Uniforms provided (must purchase non slip shoes)

Schedule may include any of the following:
- Day Shift
- Evening Shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Hours per week: Part Time or Full Time, normal range 15-40
Paid Training: Yes
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Customer Service Skills: You will often be speaking directly to the customer. Good listening skills, speaking and communicating calmly, effectively.
- Basic Mathematics: Some hourly positions require that you handle money for customers and taking stock of supplies.
- Time Management Skills: Our shops get busy quickly. Positive, shifts fly by pretty quickly
- Team work: You will need to work with your team to create a great experience for our customers. A great team provides a great work environment. We strive to keep shop drama free
- Must adhere to Capriotti’s high standard of food quality and recipes.
