The HR Assistant will be responsible for a temporary project of transitioning the firm's personnel and benefits files from paper to an electronic system. In addition, this role will assist with the collection of billing summaries, the setup and maintenance of employee files, data entry into the HRIS and payroll systems and provide general support to all members of the HR department as needed. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail oriented person with an outgoing personality and enjoys working with people.
