About the role:

  • Supervise the overall operations of the condominium association and provide guidance to staff and contracted service providers as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Board regarding community-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to the Association's Rules and Regulations as outlined in the Documents.
  • Prepare and distribute notices and meeting packets for Association and Board meetings promptly.
  • Attend monthly Board Meetings, Annual Meetings, and any Special Meetings as required.
  • Facilitate the Request for Proposals (RFPs) process and present recommendations to the Boards for their consideration.
  • Oversee and verify the accuracy of individual unit/lot details within the portfolio.
  • Assist in the annual budget preparation and updates to the reserve study projects for all communities under management.
  • Review and approve expenditures, seeking Board approval for amounts exceeding the predetermined threshold.
  • Provide prompt responses to owner inquiries and requests, following company standards.
  • Manage decision-making processes efficiently, aligning with both short and long-term objectives for the associations.
  • Manage after-hours emergency calls as per the scheduled rotation.
