Overview:As a leading company in HOA property management, we are seeking a Director of Client Accounting to helm our accounting department. This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our financial processes, enhancing our service delivery, and upholding our reputation for excellence in the industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in homeowner association management, fund accounting, and a robust understanding of GAAP financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of financial statements that reflect the company's fiscal health and comply with industry standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify and implement enhancements in the financial reporting process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Procedure Development: Craft and establish comprehensive written procedures for all accounting functions, ensuring consistency and compliance across the department.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, aligning with the company's objectives and growth.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients regarding accounting matters, ensuring clear, effective communication, and resolution of issues.

• Proven experience in homeowner association management and fund accounting.
