HOA Management Solutions is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Tucson, AZ

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic full-time front desk manager to join our team in our Tucson office.

HOA Management Solutions is a local Tucson company, with a teamwork oriented environment. We provide exceptional service to Planned Communities throughout the Tucson metropolitan area. Drive through one of our managed communities and see the difference our dedication and attention to detail makes.

Responsibilities:

Professional training is provided but basic computer skills are a must. Some accounting knowledge is very helpful. Job is multifaceted. Candidates who enjoy new challenges and are effective managing priorities will flourish.

  • Maintain written communication with homeowners and staff members.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Compose and edit letters and emails.
  • Respond to homeowner calls into the office.
  • Maintain community data base.
  • Post PDF files to website.
  • Be able to create logs within excel.
  • Send out welcome packets to new owners and updated excel spreadsheet.
  • Maintain a key ledger for all communities.
  • Take stock bi-weekly stock of office supplies.
  • Help out in the office during busy periods on all projects.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to navigate on a PC., Outlook, Word, Excel, email and internet searches.
  • Formal education or professional work experience.
  • Proficiency in learning new software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Reliable and steady work ethic.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Work well with deadlines.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Work well under pressure and take instruction well.
  • Have customer service experience.

This is an entry level position with the opportunity to rapidly progress, as your competence is proven.

As a small office we provide a percentage towards medical insurance which will increase with your years of tenure.
