We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to our Corporate team in Muscatine, IA!
Internally titled “MCR” – Member and Community Relations – our HR Generalists are part of a strong team of human resource professionals whose roles encompass many facets of member relations, recruitment, and talent development. You will support a wide range of professionals on our corporate and leadership team, requiring high energy and engagement, ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, and a passion for moving the business forward by supporting people and teams to perform at their best.
An HR role at HNI provides the opportunity to make a significant organizational impact and offers great potential for growth and development across a large organization for many years to come.
Ideal candidates will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, specifically in the areas of employee relations and talent development.
