You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Perform in-depth financial analysis related to R&D projects, budgets, and expenses, providing actionable insights to optimize resource allocation.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with FP&A and R&D teams to develop and manage budgets and forecasts for research projects and various resources, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• CAPEX Projects: Analyze, consolidate, and monitor CAPEX projects, including ROI analysis, financial consequences, and project advancement tracking.
• Cost Control Analysis: Monitor and analyze R&D operational expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to control expenses while maintaining project quality.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to track actual financial performance (including OPEX, CAPEX, new headcount, R&D Capitalization) against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key drivers and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate R&D financial performance to Finance & R&D senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaboration With the R&D Business Analyst to calculate, update, and communicate vital research-related financial ratios, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Cost Capitalization: Calculate Research cost capitalization, ensure adherence to accounting standards IFRS and company policies, and report figures for consolidation using SAP Hana.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide decision support as requested by senior management.
• Data Structuring and Harmonization: Contribute to FP&A key projects aimed at structuring and harmonizing financial reporting data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

To be considered, you will need: The candidate that will thrive in this role brings international finance and ERP knowledge. We look for:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced finance certification is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of financial analysis experience .
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying financial information to various stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team.
• Fluency in English required, French or other language a plus.
