**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and resolving inquiries. **Duties:** - Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately - Utilize medical terminology to assist with healthcare-related calls - Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions - Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, if bilingual - Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment - Assist with general administrative tasks in a medical office setting **Skills:** - Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service best practices - Strong English language skills for effective communication - Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus - Ability to analyze situations and provide suitable solutions - Fluency in Spanish is beneficial for bilingual interactions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Previous experience in a medical office or call center is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your communication skills and customer service expertise will be valued.
