Leads strategic programs for operational excellence in forecasting, reporting and business insights. Drives the operating mechanism that monitors and supports the Oracle Health organization's operational and financial business objectives. Provides deep business analysis and recommendations to senior leaders in the areas of operations, forecasting, and funnel management for all Oracle Health lines of business.

This is a challenging role that requires strategic advisement, analytical skills, business development, relationship-management and a program manager skill set with the ability to tightly manage financial and operational performance of the Oracle Health business. Success in this role means working across various leaders to fully understand the business needs and identify, develop, and manage growth strategies to drive incredible Client results and attainment of financial targets.

This leadership position will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team of approximately 20 professionals that delivers exceptional forecasting, reporting and business insights to enable the double digit growth expectations of our Oracle Health senior leaders. Forecasting consists of the managing the standard process, partnering with cross functional teams like Finance, and driving disciplined funnel management. This position will also be responsible for enabling our data driven culture by creating, executing and driving adoption in reporting and business insights that provides leaders targeted strategies to win.

Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of proven leadership experience within a large, highly matrixed organization
• Advanced analytics skills to architect data, create reporting and provide sophisticated business insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to apply business acumen to problem solve and create leadership recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines
• Focus and skills for continuous improvement through a LEAN/Six-Sigma methodology

Hiring Range: from $131,700 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
