Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our small office. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and wearing multiple hats as needed. You will assist with various administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and be responsible for coordinating and managing office operations as well as the owner's schedule. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, a proactive approach to problem-solving and an enjoyable sense of humor (don't go too far).
We are adding you to our staff. However, there are a few recommendations on Google and Indeed of our previous employees who enjoyed working here as well as our work in general. We are either going to hire one full-time person or two part-time people depending on who replies.
