Join a multi-system collaborated Behavioral Health hospital who is taking a compassionate approach to mental and behavioral health emergencies. The facility is looking for a PES manager with a strong background in Emergency Services. The ideal manager will empower the team while influencing the work they do, focusing on collaboration and relationship building.

Role Highlights:

· 97 FTEs and 1 ANM covering the ED.

· 1 large room housing a target of 30 patients.

· SUD in construction - holding 9 substance abuse/detox beds.

Requirements:

· Strong ED background.

· Master’s degree in addition to an Academic Degree in Nursing.

· Minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
