Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional guest services. This role involves working in the kitchen, handling cash transactions, assisting with bussing, and utilizing Aloha POS systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services by welcoming and assisting customers
- Work in the kitchen to prepare and serve food items
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
