HireNexus is Hiring a Clinic Manager - Medical Aesthetics Near Philadelphia, PA

Clinic Manager
This position is with an industry leading medical aesthetics group that is partnering with, acquiring and opening best-in-class clinics and brands across the USA. The group provides world-class support to their partner-clinics. This group is in need of a Clinic Manager to run multiple locations in their Philadelphia market. The CM is responsible for the overall operations and performance of the clinics. It will report directly to the COO.
Geography:
This group is a national organization with locations across the country. This role will focus on locations in the Philly market. The right candidate will need to be in the area.
Position Responsibilities:
Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing collaboration, professionalism, and client-centered care.
Coordinate the schedules of administrative and clinical staff to ensure optimal coverage and streamlined operations.
Address staff performance concerns and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Lead the recruitment process for new team members, conducting interviews, assessing cultural fit, and making informed hiring decisions.
Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring they acquire the essential skills and knowledge for effective job performance.
Attain expertise in our electronic medical records and point-of-sale system, continuously training staff on best practices.
Implement necessary policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure that clinics operate in accordance with the company’s high standards and guidelines.
Oversee the region's budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial stability and foster growth.
Manage inventory, including ordering crucial medical products (neurotoxins, fillers, etc.) and general supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Supervise the maintenance and repair of clinic equipment, ensuring that all medical devices are in proper working condition for safe and effective treatments.
Oversee marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure effective utilization of various channels, including online platforms and local advertising.
Identify areas where the clinic's processes can be enhanced and develop strategies to address these areas.
Experience / Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a healthcare facility or a similar business with a staff of more than ten employees.
Extensive experience in client-facing roles with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
