Clinic Manager This position is with an industry leading medical aesthetics group that is partnering with, acquiring and opening best-in-class clinics and brands across the USA. The group provides world-class support to their partner-clinics. This group is in need of a Clinic Manager to run a newly acquired clinic in their Phoenix market. The CM is responsible for the overall operations and performance of the clinics. It will report directly to the COO. Geography: This group is a national organization with locations across the country. This role will focus on a new location in their Phoenix market. The right candidate will need to be in the area. P osition Responsibilities: Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing professionalism and client-centered care. Coordinate the schedules of administrative and clinical staff to ensure efficient operations and adequate coverage. Address performance concerns among staff, implementing improvement plans as needed. Lead the recruitment process for new team members, conducting interviews, assessing cultural fit, and making hiring decisions. Design comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for effective job performance. Develop expertise in our electronic medical records and point-of-sale system, continuously training staff on best practices. Enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain clinics at the company's high standards, overseeing adherence to guidelines. Monitor and manage the region's budget, overseeing expenses and revenue to ensure financial stability and growth. Supervise inventory, including ordering essential medical products (neurotoxins, fillers, etc.) and general supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. Manage the maintenance and repair of clinic equipment, ensuring all medical devices are in proper working condition for safe and effective treatments. Oversee marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring effective use of various channels, including online platforms and local advertising. Identify areas for process improvement within the clinic and develop strategies to address these areas. Experience/Requirements: Experience in managing a healthcare facility or a similar business with a staff of more than ten employees. Client-facing experience with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. A bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
