HIREL CONNECTORS INC is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Claremont, CA

Customer Service Representative

Summary: Reports to the Customer Service Supervisor. Assumes responsibility of maintaining positive customer relationships with all company customers. Will act as a Company contact, providing production/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that accounts might face.

Requirements:

  • Correspondence with the customers via email, phone, and face to face
  • Respond to customers promptly and efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail including analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
  • Operates computer using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to review job requirements and timeliness to deliveries
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures; including, but not limited to wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to be flexible to perform other duties, as requested/required including, but not limited to, training of others within job class, housekeeping, continuous improvement activities, etc.

Qualifications:

Previous Customer Service experience. Experience working in a team environment with strong organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to problem solve. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Project Schedules, PowerPoint).

Experience/Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) preferred; or a minimum of three (3) years related experience and/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
