Are you ready to build your career by joining an international fire, HVAC and security equipment company? If so, our client is hiring a Sourcing Coordinator!
What You’ll Do:
- Review and process requests to fulfill material shortage impacting repair for customer’s system.
- Conduct an inquiry of existing inventory availability and issue new purchase orders to fill the requirements.
- Coordinate with the district and service resource center with information on planned receipt date of material.
- Communicate and provide post-order support for activities including PO expediting, modification, cancellation, order tracking and issue resolution.
- Work with suppliers to provide quotes and estimated ship dates to district offices and service resource center.
- Associate degree in relevant field is desired.
- Over 2 years in a supply chain environment.
- Previous experience in a high-volume transactional environment or customer-facing role.
- Master usge of customized IT applications (Oracle).
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint).
