Are you ready to build your career by joining an international food and beverage company? If so, our client is hiring an Accounting Operations Analyst!
What You’ll Do:

• Assist in all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts.
• Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines.
• Assist accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups and manage customer data integrity issues.
• Provide support to team and sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments.
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives.
• Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Assisting the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts.
• Responsibilities include all financial tracking and accounting of contractual, comp defense, vendor requests, void and reissue.

What You Bring:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting operations.
• Experience in the execution and compliance of contractual commitments.
• Financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments.
• EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel).
