· Overall IT experience: 4 yrs. Required.
· Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals. Required. 4 yrs.
· Experience troubleshooting & providing technical assistance for basic desktop laptop/hardware/software issues. Required. 4 yrs.
· Experience unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment. Required. 4 yrs.
· Experience resolving customer/end user issues. Required. 4 yrs.
· Experience maintaining professional and friendly demeanor in ALL interactions with customer base and internal/external teams. Required. 4 yrs.
· Experience provisioning equipment with Microsoft technology (SCCM). Highly Desired. 4 yrs.
