Hire IT People is Hiring a Desktop Support Specialist (Provisioning/Deployment) Near Concord, NH
Location: Concord, NH (local candidates for onsite work)
Start details: Two weeks after hiring
Duration: 6 months
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite only
Interviews: In-person only.
Job DescriptionPrevious experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals is required. Experience troubleshooting basic desktop laptop/hardware/software issues is required. SCCM experience highly desired.
Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: 4 yrs. Required.
- Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals.Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience troubleshooting & providing technical assistance for basic desktop laptop/hardware/software issues. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience resolving customer/end user issues. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience maintaining professional and friendly demeanor in ALL interactions with customer base and internal/external teams. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience provisioning equipment with Microsoft technology (SCCM). Highly Desired. 4 yrs.
