➢ If Hybrid: Travel to the property 2-3 times per week to conduct site tours, meet & greet
essential groups, build relationships with operational departments, and coach/mentor
sales team as needed.
➢ Attend daily meetings virtually or in person when possible and work closely with property
leadership to ensure customer success.
➢ Work closely with Sales Team and Sales Admin to coordinate site tours when working
remotely, client meetings, and other essential sales functions as appropriate in a timely
manner.
➢ Detail contracts, follow established turnover procedures, and introduce CSM for all
assigned group bookings.
➢ Grow Corporate Group segment and recapture lost business and capture new business.
➢ Review Kalibri Reports with DOSM weekly to identify possible opportunities.
➢ Communicate regularly with booked groups to ensure Customer Success, Excellent
Execution, accuracy in Event Orders, Billing, and high return rate.
➢ Develop a marketing strategy to analyze historical, current and future hotel/market trends
and create a selling strategy to balance hotel objectives and maximize revenue potentials.
➢ Identify business opportunities by being aware of prospective clients and evaluating their
position in the marketplace to leverage the sales relationship to maximize revenue.
➢ Target high revenue sales calls to ensure successful direct sales program, in accordance
with goals established to enter new markets.
➢ Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications
submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
➢ Maximize current hotel key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer revenue
growth.
➢ Produce monthly reports/sales forecasts to evaluate current/potential markets and sales
trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor
performance to ensure sales meet or exceed established revenue plan.
➢ Exhibit a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintain open
communications with all co-workers and managers for the best overall performance of the
hotel.
➢ Champion a hospitable culture that promote a healthy and productive format of serving
others with excellence.
➢ Develops customer profiles and maintains an effective trace system, including trace dates
and references, to best meet client needs, resulting in superior account service and
increased revenues.
➢ Schedule conventions and/or business group activities at the hotel and coordinate with
other hotel and departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the Sales office and
prospective clients.
➢ Maintain well-documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date file management system
to serve client and employer in the most expedient, organized, and knowledgeable
manner.
➢ Develop strong customer relationships through frequent communication and the use of
professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction.
➢ Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and
services to include marketing strategy, sales techniques, and tactics to capitalize on profit
margins.
➢ Develop customer profiles and maintains an effective trace system, including trace dates
and references, to best meet client needs, resulting in superior account service and
increased revenues.
➢ Promptly follows-up on all customer needs and inquiries in an efficient and expedient
manner.
➢ Focus on revenue-producing activity and selling time by a strategic plan that maximizes
direct sales efforts.
➢ Achieve activity goals as established by management and complete all reports and
assignments in an accurate and timely fashion.
➢ Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community by
attending networking events, industry events, and community functions.

Work ExperienceEducation: Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience: 4 years of Hospitality Experience with 2 years Sales Manager / SSB DOS. Corporate
Group & BT Experience Strongly Preferred. Previous Remote Work Experience Preferred.
Skills and Abilities: 40-60%
Travel Required
Ability to perform critical analysis and manage wide-range of information. Excellent oral, written
and presentation skills sufficient to produce sales and marketing communication that properly
reflect the Foundation Image. Listen effectively. Ability to delegate, manage manpower and
organize complex projects and establishes priorities consistent
with department/hotel objectives.
Driving License Required.
