The Claddagh Irish Pub inside of the Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team!

Our front of house team has the opportunity to spend more time with our guests than any other department, which makes them a very important piece of our guests’ stay!

Attributes Required:

• Guest service skills to create an excellent dining experience, even during busy periods.
• Ability to learn our POS, process orders, and make change.
• Communication skills, ability to work well with guests, coworkers, and different departments within the hotel.
• Food safety and sanitation experience.
• Dependable, self-motivated, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service

· Manage and train staff, including bartenders and servers.

· Create and update drink and specials menus

· Develop and maintain a high level of customer service standards

· Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders for customers

· Maintain a clean and organized bar and kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations

· Work with Event Manager to cross train and maintain adequate staffing levels.

· Work directly with the Food & Beverage Director with ordering to ensure adequate inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $41,600.00 per year
