As a Hotel Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving revenue for our hotel and meeting space. Your primary focus will be on securing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and executing sales strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction. With excellent time management skills and attention to detail, you will actively sell meeting rooms and recommend suitable food and beverage options to meet sales goals.
Additionally, you will create and revise room layouts for each event, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your ability to set up and execute all events, including arranging tables and chairs, and setting up buffets, will contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.
