WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on food and beverages
  • In-depth knowledge of the food industry
  • Strong working knowledge of restaurant management software
  • Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets
  • Ability to forecast food and beverage needs
  • Exceptional delegation skills and customer service skills

Possessing a culinary or food service management degree would also be ideal.

The schedule varies depending on the needs of the hotel each week. Weekends are a part of your regular work schedule.

From overseeing daily operations to upholding stringent safety standards, you are the guardian of both palate and patron, resolving any concerns with finesse and grace. You curate an unforgettable dining experience, all while donning the chef's hat and guiding your culinary team towards excellence. You bring the art of gastronomy to life while ensuring every guest leaves with a satisfied appetite!
