Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system, Hilton PEP experience a plus
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Assist with guest requests, such as booking reservations or arranging transportation
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel reservation software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
