Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport is Hiring a Hotel Maintenance Worker Near Allentown, PA
- Basic property maintenance.
- Shifts will be 9a-5p.
- Weekends and Holidays are a must!
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Respond to all maintenance requests by guests, employees, and supervisors.
- Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property. Report problems to Chief Engineer and General Manager.
- Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, building, and equipment to prevent corrosion.
- Hang wall fixtures, replace light bulbs and filters, and shampoo carpets.
- Make local deliveries and pick-ups.
- Maintain parking lot, pool, and grounds area according to established quality standards.
- Work in accordance with Chief Engineer and General Manager to set up and complete special and on-going projects and maintains a preventative maintenance program.
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel and determine maintenance needs.
- Maintain all sidewalks and keep them clean and clear of debris and/or snow and ice.
- Responsible for recording and implementing of key control policies, practices, and procedures.
- Keep current on all information pertaining to any equipment or machinery on property.
- Strong attention to detail.
