The PBX Operator -Communication provides central communications point for hotel operations through answering all incoming hotel phone calls in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
Maintain communication system with guest requests, questions and concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction. Must be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests. This position will maintain files, systems and communication to other departments as directed by manager.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills on assignments. The Operator handle all incoming lines and assist guests with inquiries and complete the reservations process, including guest contact information, billing information, special requests, transportation, etc. Complete daily and weekly reports as assigned.
