Job Summary:
We are seeking a to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage patient scheduling, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records accurately and securely
- Handle billing and payment processing
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office operations
Skills:
- Experience in providing medical administrative support, preferably in a dental setting
- Proficiency in dental software such as eClinicalWorks or Epic
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in front desk roles is preferred
