Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple providers
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and maintaining records, scanning and reviewing faxes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- File and organize documents both electronically and physically
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist in the medical field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is an asset
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong phone etiquette skills
