Hiller Measurements is a growing, dynamic, high-tech organization in Dripping Springs/Austin area. Inspired measurement design is what we're about. We've tested simulated atmospheric effects of satellite communications, designed unique parts of our nation's radar systems, and designed test systems for the most exciting electronic vehicles on the road. Position Summary
The Production Supervisor will oversee and manage weekend shifts and assembly technicians. Also, manage, plan and monitor progress of production and material against schedules, resolve and take appropriate actions to meet projected schedule timelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday shifts.
•Oversee production operations.
•Review project schedules to ensure efficient operations.
•Maintain up to date knowledge of company processes and procedures.
•Troubleshoot and notify operations manager of issues that arise.
•Ensure that employees comply with applicable safety regulations and quality procedures.
•Approval and correct time.
•Supervise assembly technicians and ensure adherence to a professional work environment.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Other Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•IPC J-STD-001, WHMA-A-620 and/or 610 CIS or CIT (Class 3 Workmanship).
•Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident (due to company contracts falling under the ITAR).
Physical Requirements
•Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
•Must be able to traverse the production facility.
