* Responsible for ensuring patient flow, medical record availability and completeness, schedulingphysician/provider appointments and maintenance of physician appointment schedules* Receives and greets patients and visitors, ascertaining their needs and assisting them in a timelyand courteous manner* Answer telephone promptly in a customer friendly manner* Collect and verifies accurate patient information and enters into registration system* Receive payment for services and correctly completes charge slips for data entry* Committed to being a team player by performing all duties as required or assigned to providequality patient care.* Attend JOC conference calls for key updates* Keeps open communication with other entities* Ensure that all referrals are addressed in a timely manner* Provides coverage to clinics without referral specialists* Maintains appropriate logs, records, and reports

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Previous medical office experience
